WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
In general Yellow Cab sizes are accurate. Yellow Cab does not have ½ sizes. If you wear currently ½ sizes we advise you to choose ½ size smaller. For example, you currently wear size 44.5 we advise you to select size 44. If you can’t find your size or need advice on sizing, get in touch with our Customer Service
I NEED TO CANCEL/AMEND MY ORDER
As long as your order hasn’t yet been despatched we’ll be happy to cancel/amend it for you where possible – just get in touch with our Customer Service
HAS MY ORDER GONE THROUGH OK?
We send a confirmation email to you as soon as your order is placed – this should arrive within a few minutes. If it doesn’t check your ‘junk’ folder in case it’s hiding away there. If you still don’t have it, get in touch with our Customer Service

For Dutch customers we can offer the Pay Later method. Be aware that you have to accept the conditions and terms of this payment method.

CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO MY BASKET AFTER I'VE COMPLETED THE CHECK OUT
You’re not able to add items to your order once it has been placed!
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
National deliveries will reach you within 3-5 working days once your order has been placed and payment has been authorised. International deliveries will reach you within 5 - 7 working days once your order has been placed and payment has been authorised.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
WILL I NEED TO PAY IMPORT DUTY?
We don’t apply any additional charges to your order, however, import duty, customs charges and delivery surcharges may apply if you’re ordering from outside of the EU. Our couriers will contact you directly prior to delivery, if charges are applicable. Make sure to check with your local/national tax and customs office for more info.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY PARCEL?
For all our orders, we use UPS.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
WHAT IF THE SHOES DON'T FIT ME?
If you’re shoes are not an ideal fit, we still have our 14 days return policy as described at Return and Complaints
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope you like your new shoes/accessories! However, if they’re unsuitable for any reason you can return the shoes/accessories, see our return policy on Return and Complaints.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO A YELLOW CAB DEALER/STORE?
No you cannot. Check out our returns policy if you need more info on how to return your items.
WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH MY RETURN?
If you’ve returned your item by post, we will contact you via email within 3 days of receiving it. If you haven’t received an email, check with the courier you used to make sure they’ve delivered the item. If the courier confirms that the item was delivered to us more than 3 days ago, email us and we’ll check for more details for you.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is confirmed we’ll send you an email. If you haven’t received the email, check your ‘junk’ folder, in case it’s hiding away there. If you have not received the email within one day, please contact us
