RETURN AND COMPLAINTS


RETURNS POLICY

Yellow Cab applies a 14 days returns policy. You can return any unworn footwear/accessories within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.


SHIPPING COSTS OF UNWORN FOOTWEAR/ACCESSORIES

 

  • Customers have to arrange the shipping of the articles they want to return themselves. Yellow Cab will not compensate any of these costs.

RETURNS YELLOW CAB FOR UNWORN FOOTWEAR/ACCESSORIES

  • ALWAYS LOG IN (MY ACCOUNT) IN ORDER TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN
  • If you don't have an account, use the return form to register your return.
  • Returns you have to register within 14 days at this page.
 Fill out the return form
. Select the footwear you want to return and indicate the reason for your return.
  • Print the return document in twofold and put one return document in the box which you will return;
  • Place the footwear/accessory you want to return in their original packaging into a box along with the return form. Put the return label outside the box.

Please keep your receipt you are given at the drop-off point as proof of your return.

Yellow Cab will not compensate any costs for sending back footwear/accessories.

 

REFUND

Our aim is to refund you within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. In case your refund is not received by you within seven days, please contact our customer service customerservice@yellowcabstreet.com. The money is refunded via the payment method you used to make the purchase.

 

COMPLAINTS YELLOW CAB FOR WORN FOOTWEAR/ACCESSORIES

If you believe you have a defect article, which is caused by a technical production failure, please contact our customer service. Within 5 working days we will inform you with an appropriate solution. In most of the cases we will ask you to send back the article and we will look over your complaints.
Please be aware that any failure related to normal use we can’t compensate. Complaints and defect articles, ­which we can’t compensate, are:

  • Normal wear of soles and heels;
  • Bare toes of shoes caused by normal use;
  • Damage of heels;
  • By wrong and by over-intensive use caused failures;
  • Excessive perspiration;
